After reading the reviews I felt comfortable when ordering flowers from Sarah's Creations for my anniversary. I have to say that my experience wasn't what I had expected. The flowers didn't arrive until 5:35 pm at which time I was already home. I do understand that the time of delivery was not specified but if I knew this would been the time I could have stopped and brought the flowers home myself. I was also surprised to see that several of the roses had heavy and noticeable wilting. This was the first time I have ordered flowers in years as I normally like to look at them first. This will probably be the last time I order online.
Beautiful arrangement. Called last minute and they sent it out immediately. Price was a good value but more important, my daughter sent a photo and the flowers were stunning. They made a few minor adjustments and I loved what they did. Great customer service. All handled over the phone. Friendly and efficient.
